Looking for a welcoming, judgment free online community? We've got you.

Not every online group feels like a safe place to share — and it can be hard to know which information to trust. That can make it difficult to find the support you need, whether you’re looking answers to questions, or connection with other families raising children with disability, delay, Autism or medical needs who understand.

The Belongside Community is different. It’s a safe, supportive space to ask questions, swap stories, celebrate wins, and receive encouragement from families who are walking a similar path. Moderated by trained parent facilitators, the group is open day and night, giving you connection and reassurance whenever you need it.

What parents are saying

A woman, a man, and a young girl smile together for a selfie outdoors, with greenery in the background. The woman has shoulder-length brown hair, and the girl is wearing a peach-colored dress.

The internet and Facebook can be a harsh place, but it’s never like that in the Belongside Community. Everyone is respectful of different experiences. It feels like such a safe and supportive space.

Having a safe space to share my experiences, knowing no question will be ignored or judged, is amazing.

A smiling couple stands close together, holding their baby. The man wears a black shirt, the woman a white dress, and the baby is dressed in grey with a blue bib. They are indoors with natural light coming from a window.

I really love the Belongside Community. Parents and carers here are always uplifting and supportive, generous in sharing their experiences and wisdom. You never feel alone on your child’s disability journey — there are always people ready to support you in the hardest times and celebrate the milestones. I’m truly grateful to be part of it.

Thank you, Belongside Families. It is a breath of fresh air to find a community of parents that are positive and supportive. My whole perception has changed and what my daughter’s future will look like.
