Feeling overwhelmed? You’re not alone.

Raising a child with disability, developmental delay, Autism, rare or genetic condition can feel overwhelming—we know because we’re parents too. The endless appointments, navigating systems, and making big decisions about your child’s future can be exhausting and lonely.

Virtual MyTime is where you can connect with parents who truly understand. Together, we share openly, exchange practical strategies, support one another through the challenges, and build genuine connections that make the journey feel lighter.

What parents are saying

A smiling woman with curly blonde hair and a boy with a missing front tooth stand close together outdoors near water, grass, and a sidewalk.

This is my protected timeslot. It is saved in my calendar and my partner knows that this is a non-negotiable for me. I have learnt so much from everyone in the group and I love being able to share and help other parents.

Through Virtual MyTime I have found a community of parents who understand and support each other’s journeys. We share our challenges, wins, strategies and resources—which has empowered me to support my family’s needs and embrace our strengths.”
